Ms. Apeksha Shetty is a proud alumnus of our college, presently working as a recruiter at Aston carter & her colleague Sherl Lewis & Mr. Deepak spoke about how to face an interview, what kind of qualities should be developed and how to answer in an interview. Mr. Deepak one of the recruiters who hire freshers told about how to respond to the recruiter and shared a few interesting facts about the interview while facing interview.

The Department of Commerce and Management IQAC, Career Guidance Cell have jointly organized a Virtual Training Program On “THE PATH FINDER - CAMPUS TO CORPORATE” webinar Series for UG and PG Studen ts from 22nd September 2020 to 27th September 2020.   The following sessions were organised. 22/9/2020: Motivation, 23/9/2020: Study Skills, 24/9/2020: Campus to Corporate 25/9/2020: Resume Building, 26/9/2020: Group Discussion, 27/9/2020: Interview Skills. This training program enabled the students to learn the real life situation in the competitive world. All the students were motivated to participate in all competitive examinations also.

Resource person has conducted a workshop on “Emotional Intelligence”  Two sessions were organized on topics – Converting Negativity to positivity, Areas of interest, Courses and choices, Spending Lockdown with free online courses, and being professional. In these two sessions students learnt how to identify their area of interest, how to choose the course of their choice, how to handle the situations in a positive way and how to spend the time and utilize the time in an effective way by completing various online courses etc.
